What’s better than payday? When payday comes early.
That can be every payday with Early Deposit. With direct deposit from participating employers or state or federal government payors, you can receive qualifying payroll funds up to two days early*.
There’s nothing to enroll in. There’s no cost. In fact, you don’t have to do anything at all. If your payroll direct deposit qualifies, you’ll have access to those funds early. Pretty sweet, right?
If you don’t have direct deposit, you will need to work with your employer or government payor to set it up. To aid that process, we’ve created this form that, once you complete it, will contain the information they need to set up your direct deposit.

*Avadian may make funds from direct deposits available to you up to two calendar days prior to our receipt of the funds for regularly recurring direct deposits made directly to your checking, savings, or money market account. We may determine which direct deposits and which deposit accounts qualify in our sole discretion. Person to person transfers, mobile deposits, or deposits made in-branch or at an ATM or ATM Plus+ do not qualify as direct deposit. We may base our determination on factors such as (but not limited to) fraud prevention and the coding of the ACH file. We may change our determination with or without notice to you.
We do not guarantee that any direct deposit will be available to you early. If it is not made available to you, then our funds availability policy will apply.
If we make funds from a direct deposit available to you prior to the time we receive the funds from the payor through the ACH, but we are unable to collect part or all of the funds, you will be liable to repay us the funds we made available to you. In this situation, you agree that we may debit your account to recover the funds without prior notice to you, even if the debit transaction overdraws your account. In the event of an overdraft, you agree to pay the applicable overdraft fee as then disclosed in our pricing or fee schedule.
