FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I enroll my business account into online banking?

How do I enter my information when enrolling in online banking?
It is critical that you enter your information, like your company name and TIN, exactly as they are printed on your membership documenation with the exception of special characters. You will not enter special characters when entering your company name during the initial enrollment process. For example, if your company name is "Acme & Company," you will need to enter your company name as "Acme and Company." Once you have entered in all your information and click to submit, if you receive a failed screen, please go back to the enrollment screen to make sure that all your information matches exactly to the information on your membership documenation.
